How do I return a product?

Want to return a product? It’s simple! Just follow these steps:

  • Go to “My Orders.”
  • Find the product you want to return.
  • Click on the “Return Products” button.
  • Select the products and quantity.
  • Choose the reason for return.
  • Select your preferred refund method.
  • Choose a suitable pickup time.


How does it work?

  • Select the order(s) you want to return from the list. Only items eligible for return will be displayed.
  • Choose the most appropriate reason for return.
  • Attach a photo of the product and provide a clear explanation for the return.
  • Add comments if you would like to share additional details with us.


Non-returnable or Non-exchangeable Products

Below is a list of items that are not eligible for return or exchange:

  1. Products that fall under specific hygiene-related categories such as swimwear, socks, underwear, potty training supplies, maternity belts, health and personal care products, and some baby products (such as teethers, diapers, baby wipes, hygiene wipes, feeding products).
  2. Products that have been fully assembled or ordered with assembly are not eligible for return.
    Examples: ride-on toys, wooden furniture sets such as beds, wardrobes, dressers, strollers, and any product that has been unboxed and assembled.
  3. Products that have been used, damaged by you, or are not in the same condition in which you received them.
  4. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
    Example: clothing or shoes that have had the barcode removed and have been used.
  5. Items damaged due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if still within the warranty period.
  6. Electrical appliances damaged due to misuse and not due to a manufacturing defect.

Note: If the item was purchased on sale, the refund or store credit for the returned item will only reflect the value paid at the time of purchase.

Once we receive the product, it will be inspected by our team to ensure compliance with our return policy guidelines.

Refunds will then be processed in accordance with our refund policy.


Refund Policy

You will be eligible for a refund if the returned product(s) have been inspected and deemed eligible for return.

You can choose whether you want your refund as store credit or refunded back to your debit/credit card.

Note: You can request to cancel store credit and have the amount refunded to your account within 30 days of store credit issuance. This does not apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

The delivery cost will be deducted from the refund amount in both cases (COD or card/other payment methods).

All COD orders will be refunded as store credit in Maami.

MasterCard Refund Policy

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we have established the following refund policy for MasterCard payments:

  • Processing timeframe: Once a refund request has been received and approved, it usually takes 24 to 30 business days to process the refund.
